Clim'Foot

The databases created during the project are following the same methodology. 

In order to choose your emission factors, you have to take into account (in that order):

• the parameter used for the calculation of the EF: does the EF include all the activities you want?

• similarities with your geographical area: was the EF calculated in a situation similar and consistent with your own?

Each data set provides a data documentation to guaranty clear information to support the end user in the choice of dataset. In each data set there is a description of the process and the activity that includes technical, geographical descriptions and some general information. Indeed the documentation intends to support a transparent reporting, interpretation and review of data collection, data calculation, data quality and data reporting, as well as facilitating data exchange.
