The purpose of the https://www.climfoot-project.eu/fr/ site is to provide information on all the elements related to tools and training facilitating the calculation and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions of European organizations and provides an information and exchange platform for the community of users of the climfoot site.
ADEME strives to keep the information on https://www.climfoot-project.eu/ as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies, failures to update, or any other shortcomings whether caused by itself or by third-party partners who provide it with this information.

ADEME strive to ensure access to the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in case of force majeure or an event that is outside ADEME's control, and subject to any outages and maintenance operations that may be necessary to ensure that the site and its services function smoothly.

10. Governing law in the event of a dispute
The governing law shall be French law.
